30 Days of Photographs IV - Frustration

Cat has presented me with his source of frustration:

I see a kitty.  Hee Hee.  It can't get me.  Hee Hee.

Crooked-Tail has been hanging around for awhile.  A couple of months ago, his tail was much shorter.  It is growing back with a kink.  Cat is frustrated because he can't get him, no matter how many times he jumps on the window, trying to latch onto the the glass and then sliding down.  Cat also doesn't understand why I won't get that lizard for him.  After all, I am the chief fooder around here!

My frustration?  Well, it's my not-so-kind friend, Arthur Itis, that beastard.  These concoctions help ease the pain in my knee allowing me to continue to run like a bear was chasing me.  Actually, I think the bear would probably get me:

Take that, Arthur!

For more frustrated people and their cheerful photos, go here.  Oh, and I have failed to give enough encouragement of gifts for MikeWJ.  How frustrating for him.  I think he may need some aspirin by now.

Poor Mike and Ziva... they're getting so frustrated with our lack of adulation. As for the lizard... Henry also gets frustrated trying to chase after the anoles when we're in Florida. Is it wrong of me to giggle as he gets more and more frustrated?

I think your cat needs to get out more.

Paula is spot on with her comment. I'm easily amused watching cats and dogs get frustrated by critters they can't catch and getting no help from their owners. Love your running gear!

That looks like Batman's utility belt.

Got to watch that cat. If it's hair starts to fall out,,,get the gekko and feed it to the cat.

That lizard is clever. He not only stays safe, but manages to frustrate the cat at the same time :)

This made me laugh. A cat who used to live with me, Friday, LOVED going out to chase lizards and he was always frustrated that I didn't open the door fast enough. I let him go after them since he could catch them and that made him feel good about himself and he was extremely gentle. He would carry them around a bit then set them down and let them go. He didn't like to kill things, just visit with them a bit.

Cat's source of frustration made me giggle. And I feel for you with your source of frustration.

But I'm really curious as to Evil Twin's source of frustration...

@Paula - Hee Hee. Our pets entertain us!

@Noname - Oh you mean like forever?

@Cheryl - Thanks. Yeah, hee hee. Poor babies!

@Shawn - It's better than that. It's Batgirl's belt.

@Timothy - Haha! Poor gecko.

@Babs - Yes, he is a clever little toot!

@Nora - Ah, a cat that didn't like to kill things. How sweet! How fun for him to get to play with the lizards, too.

@Nicky - Hee Hee. Evil Twin's source of frustration is me. :)

I hate it when the cats eat the lizards. I hope crooked tail lives a long life!

Hehe, I think Crooked-Tail and I would be great friends; I love frustrating my cats, too.

Reminds me of Simon's Cat! That must have been funny to watch!

Sorry about your knee. That IS frustrating!

Oh, hey - quick question - do those things really help with your knee pain? And if so - where did you get them?

I also have RA in my knees but I haven't found anything that really gives me any relief.

That's a pretty tempting source of frustration. Hey, even I kind of want to get at it ;)

That's all you need, a visit for that pain in the neck Arthur Itis.

ReformingGeek said...

@Tami - Yes, I hope he stays away from whatever got his tail.

@Ziva - I bet you could even talk to him!

@Janie - Absolutely.

@Jay - Thanks. It's hilarious.

@meleah - I get some relief from the freeze stuff. It's basically Bio-Freeze. The active ingredient is menthol, about 3%. You can get it on Amazon. Sorry about the RA. That's tough.

@mike - Stay away from my lizard.

@Lauren - Yep. Just when I think I have one area under control, another area flares. Sigh.

Ha ha you name your critters too! Our foxes in back are half tail and long tail...!

It is quite humorous to watch a cat not be able to get something it wants to get though, despite the feline being frustrated.

ReformingGeek said...

@Katherine - Yes! The bunny eating my grass is now known as piglet.

@P.J. - Hee Hee. Yes, it is.

That darn Arthur-itis! Steals the fun out of everything.

Lizard friends make my dog super frustrated!
